When canceling unneeded hotel reservations always obtain a cancellation number. The cancellation number is proof to ensure you cannot be charged for the room since you are a “no-show.” Never fail to cancel a room reservation reserved with a credit card, you will be charged for the room if you do not cancel. Keep in mind there may be restrictions associated with the hotel's cancellation policy and you should inquire at the time of the reservation.
